Product Description
The crucibles produced by Luoyang Rusheng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. include small tungsten crucibles processed by turning, molybdenum crucibles, plate spun tungsten crucibles, spun molybdenum crucibles, vacuum welded tungsten crucibles, tungsten crucibles, large sintered tungsten crucibles, and sintered tungsten-molybdenum alloy crucibles.
The bar material processed crucibles are made from our excellent bar materials, featuring high density, no internal cracks or sand holes, a bright surface, uniform color, and fine grain characteristics.
The spun crucibles are made from high-quality plates and our proprietary spinning equipment. Our spun crucibles have accurate shapes, uniform thickness transitions, smooth surfaces, high purity, and strong creep resistance.
The welded crucibles are made from high-quality tungsten and molybdenum plates, welded using sheet metal processing and vacuum welding technology. Our welded crucibles have good roundness, smooth weld seams, firmness, and are airtight under pressure.
The sintered crucibles are made from high-quality tungsten and molybdenum powders, which are strictly screened, mixed, shaped, pressed, and processed. The sintering temperature gradient is scientifically controlled, with long insulation times, and the use of HIP technology ensures the crucibles have high density, fine grains, and good forming characteristics.
Regular density: 18.6g/cm³~18.9g/cm³;
Special process density: greater than 19.1g/cm³.
